We came, we saw and we…
…almost had engine troubles on our flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles
…lost and found John’s baggage after arriving at LAX
…had to wait 45 minutes for a free (ever the Dutchmen) airport shuttle to the Super 8 motel
…picked up our cool convertible at Hertz car rental
…made a low budget movie destined to become a cult flick (see below!)
…got into a fight with our TomTom (they should have named the device after a woman 
)
…christened our convertible at the Chrystal Cathedral in the name of the holy trinity; The Dude, Johndog and the holy ICTU
…caught a breeze on the pier of Oceanside
…enjoyed the posh little city of La Jolla
