John and Jay perform as ‘Double J’ on television in the USA!

It was bound to happen someday, but waddayaknow… it happened while John and I were in the USA. I’m, of course, talking about us being discovered as the new, bound to be legendary, country duo!!!!!

We were minding our own business, eating burgers, drinking cokes, slamdunking french fries, singing along with the radio in the Burger King, you know the usual, when this bad hair day guy walks up to us and asks us if we wanted to perform on a new TV show called Can You Duet.
While we were looking around for the hidden cameras from the well known Candid Camera TV show, he whipped out his business card and presented it to us. Apparently the guy’s name was Brett something and supposedly some famous producer of country hits. He told us if we wanted to come in for an audition we just call him and he’ll set the whole thing it up.

After some debating John and I decided to give Brett a call and before we knew it there was a limousine waiting in front of our hotel to take us to Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. For those who didn’t know yet, this is like the mecca of country music!
