[...] We took highway 1 from San Francisco to LA and came along such really boring places as Santa Cruz (nothing to see but a way too commercial pier) and Monterey (haven’t seen anyone under 65), but things got better on the 17-mile-drive, in Santa Barbara and in Santa Monica. Los Angeles isn’t photo-worthy at all, except for the Hollywood sign, which Jay caught on camera, and the theme parks but then again, who wants to carry a camera running around in a theme park! We didn’t… but here’s some more pix and here’s Jay’s post! [...]
